Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They don't pay enough for the cost of living in every single city, yet expect managers to work up to 60 hours a week, and they didn't give managers a raise this year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have been teaching for four years and have 500 hour training and because of minimum wage increase and that I work part time, I barely make above minimum wage. I would feel better about greater compensation amd also being paid for theming and crafting sequences. I would love profit sharing.
