What do you like best about the leadership team?
I LOVE my manager she is one of the only people in the company I trust anymore.
Openness and transparency. Willing to let us know what is going on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Vision, Business Development, Professional Leadership skills, Communication
Get rid of the current executive team, they're crashing the plane straight down, taking everyone with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I thought we were told we would get stock options in the new company. pretty evident the new owners dont care about us
Our healthcare benefits are better than any place I have worked previously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All of the previous benefits we had have diminished or gone away completely.
no more stock option plan and the goals dont seem to align with our work
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the team we have developing new products.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Individuals are not motivated to do what's right for a project because politics and nonsense are prioritized. Resources are not used to support the growth of the company or the science. Leadership meetings are useless as they are thrown together without specific details.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO really cares about us and lets us know what is going on and what we need to work on to make us a better company

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop focusing on just the money.
Get rid of the current HR team, and get rid of the corporate goblins who never worked in field.
leadership needs to change. bring back the old CEO
stop just focusing on making money for the greedy owners at NovaQuest
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting my teammates and the story about how the company started.

No more care about the clients or their programs. Just how much money it can make the company investors.
