What did you like most about the interview process? It was not difficult at all, at least on my experience.
What makes you most happy at work?Nice location! The food was fine too.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There was the problem of some coworkers expecting you to help them with their projects which they said they would help you with your project as well, but then bailed last minute after you have already helped them. Happened to me twice in only a few months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? Was paid basically minimum salary. The work was not hard though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop stereotyping and making assumptions about people based on their race/ethnicity. Try to talk, get to know them as individuals instead, and see where they are coming from.
