Company has a lot of potential, but it's still a very disjointed organization born out of a spin off of Dow, Dupont, and Pioneer. The company has compensated by hiring a *lot* of contractors when compared to others in industry. Has the effect of creating a sink-or-swim / cold / zombie culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership has taken on some complex transformation projects and there are bodies lying everywhere as a result. It is like they don't understand how complex these things are, and they keep adding new ones on top of the ones they've already initiated. Creates a chaotic / unpleasant environment.
