What do you like best about the leadership team?
Long term vision and high aspirations for the company
Thr leadership team is transparent and not afraid to answer the hard questions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be impartial and rate all employees according to performance. Leadership need to listen to all employees. Higher leadership has multiple layer and do not meet with scientist at all.
Leadership has taken on some complex transformation projects and there are bodies lying everywhere as a result. It is like they don't understand how complex these things are, and they keep adding new ones on top of the ones they've already initiated. Creates a chaotic / unpleasant environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual increament and bonus, adjustment of infilation rate.
Slightly above going rate salary package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid less than others with the same job title and responsibilities. Growth opportunities limited by arbitrary job levels
Boys club mentality. Previous experience isnt valued.

Awesome collaborative environment. Excellent support to complete projects
Dedication to the industry, solving complex problems, nice people.
