Their plan for the future of food production is exciting to be a part of and we love our farmers!

Company has a lot of potential, but it's still a very disjointed organization born out of a spin off of Dow, Dupont, and Pioneer. The company has compensated by hiring a *lot* of contractors when compared to others in industry. Has the effect of creating a sink-or-swim / cold / zombie culture.
