- What would you improve about your company's interview process?they bring candidates in for an extensive interview process that is really only for the ceo and hr and have so many people come in to talk to interviewees that are unnecessary to the position
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?real complaints that employees have about the company are ignored or pushed back for years. people that deserved more support were not shown support or given promotions for fantastic work.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?part of compensation was based on quarterly bonuses that were not guaranteed, yet they felt that was enough to vastly underpay many of the support staff. get rid of the quarterly bonuses and pay support staff a fairer salary.
