What do you like best about the leadership team?

Its the most satisfying and makes competition healthy
Open door policy is great and you could speak to them, however, your not necessarily heard.
They are extremely open. They also try really hard to keep us motivated.
The leadership is good, we have good communication between staff and team leaders.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management need to stop abusing their power
My direct deposits haven't been working since day 1. I need direct mentorship from Human Resources -- and, actually, setup assistance from their benefits team. And I pretty much need this YESTERDAY before I have to leave the company and pursue other opportunities.
It's a very top heavy company and pay wasn't fair.
Because I am licensed as a skin therapist but they treat me as if I am low and beneath them and they pay minimum wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre the only i havent left this forsaken company
They are very friendly and communicative
They have my back. They keep me focused
TThe team is amazing, everybody besides management gets along
We are all intelligent and compassionate towards one another.

What did you like most about the interview process?
to know how much im getting for salary and the tim im going to work
Kept me guessing -- and I was intrigued by not knowing who the top brass was as manager-after-manager passed through my realm of hospitality.

the way i serve the customers
The new challenges everyday are great
Just being about to create and be independent in a Group enviornment
Knowing that I work for a company that is reputable and I get to help people everyday.
Feeling like I make a difference
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I said, I'm provided with a lot of exciting work that gets more pleasurable with each passing day -- but there are so many unknowns and so little mentorship here -- plus the HR and Benefits folks show such little interest in, well, ME, at least, that I can't work with no direct-deposits. Crazy!
They treat their employees poorly so they are less inclined to work
