What is the best part about your compensation package?I like the benefits and bonus potential
What do you like best about the leadership team? They make an honest effort to listen to employee feedback and to be transparent in the company direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is very cooperative and willing to help one another. We have excellent camaraderie, and respect and value one another's opinions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We were moved under a new manager who had an immediate negative effect on the team, with no improvement forthcoming. She means well, but could use some courses on managing adults and self-evaluation. She doesn't lead by example as much as she may think she does.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Never saw the office environment as we work from home. The company has mission & value statements that it appears they don't always live by. I don't see the same advancement for black people as I do for others, and whenever the question of diversity comes up, they will throw a white woman at it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being more transparent, being open to constructive criticism and other ideas outside their own, being willing to learn from others with more experience, or seek additional help.
