Stop asking LeetCode questions, start asking questions that are relevant to the job.

Interviewing is unregulated and unfair as the questions asked and evaluation is up to individual engineers to deem for themselves and getting a good mark in an interview is a gamble on who gave you the question rather than a standard rubrics and questions to enforce fairness in envaluation.
