Not over-assume and contribute more to the facilitation of business deliverables while accounting operational realities.

Coworkers need required non-bias training and a long talk about whats important at work and how not to be toxic. Manangement is cold and uncaring and focuses on short term goals instead of long term. Tech debt takes years to get rid of and old painful problems do not get solved.
