What needs to change to make the company culture better?
methods of work are very much improvisation, not real methods. People have meetings and don't write notes and things t be done
bosses have to hire more younger people with better ideas and hear what they sugest instead of hear the old ones who are outdated
it needs programers that are not lazy and make a better sftware with less problems
