The leadership team needs to be replaced. Their outdated mindset makes them believe they are always right, and they view junior employees as insignificant. They resist new ideas and fail to provide proper recognition or career advancement opportunities. They view junior employees as insignificant.

The leadership needs to evolve. The entire workforce that has been with the company for more than 10 years should be infused with individuals who bring a fresh mindset and are ready to embrace change. We need people who are servant leaders, not bureaucrats.
