Mr. Andrew Rees has been the Chief Executive Officer of Crocs, Inc. since June 1, 2017 and its President since June 9, 2014. Mr. Rees served as an Acting Principal Executive Officer of Crocs, Inc. from June 9, 2014 to January 28, 2015. He joined Crocs, Inc. from L.E.K. Consulting, where he served as Managing Director for the past 14 years. Prior to L.E.K. Consulting, Mr. Rees served in various executive positions at Reebok International. Mr. Rees served as a Senior Executive of Reebok International. Mr. Rees was responsible for building Reebok's own retail channel into a substantial and profitable business. He has been a Director of Crocs, Inc. since June 6, 2017. He was responsible for strategic planning for Reebok worldwide. He also served as an executive at Laura Ashley. Mr. Rees led the US Retail and Consumer Products Practice and has substantial operating and strategic experience with leading world-wide consumer brands. Mr. Rees served as a Member of the Advisory Board of oneTXT, Inc. He has a B.A. from Imperial College, The University of London.
