Very disappointed with the entire Crocs mentality they promise and talk themselves up to you initially but that all changes after your first 25 hours with this company. I would not wish this job on my worst enemy. They fire people just as fast as they hire them, everyone is disposable.

That I only see them 3 days a week.

Efficiently done and very timely.

Not fulfilling orders correctly or to the standard of certain big chain stores.

Actually receiving the pay that I have been promises for over a month now.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually taking into account that their workers are actual human beings and need to be treated with respect, dignity and decency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually getting off their computer and actually managing. Taking into account that their "team" are actual human beings and learn how to take constructive criticism.
