Great I enjoy working however it's those complainers and those slackers I have a problem with. I work and I those around me that don't do anything but run their mouth all day talking about nothing. Brown nosing trying to look good but don't work for real. To me Mana don't see or know who works.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Those slackers need to be put in shipping where they should load them trucks.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can multitask and not have them slackers in my way. I learn something every day what to do and who to stay away from.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are lazy young and don't know how to work for real. If you're not a supervisor or in management position they will not listen and do the bare least amount of work while others get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together and team work makes the dream work however, there's those who are in leadership position who should not be there... Those are the ones who play favoritism. Judge a worker based on their performance not on if you like or dislike them.
