We are mostly Filipinos and it is comforting to know that we can help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to work with the same quality and output regardless of the SLA we have worked on, hence, making us work more hours but off of Worksmart just to meet the quantity required without being paid for it.
