Salary is fair and gives me some sense of security in these uncertain times
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all on the same page, working towards shared goals and we are all ready to help each other. Also, our personalities seem to gel quite well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have had very little interaction with leadership above the VP level but the VPs I work with have been great. The thing I like best is the way they support us in our roles and really try to understand and address the chalenges we face
