After 9 months here, I have gotten used to the pace and rate of change in the workplace. I enjoy the learning opportunities the company provides, but I do realise not everyone is cut out for it. While some of the work is very challenging, it is also rewarding to see the products of your hard work.

The pay is competitive and allows for a comfortable life where i live.

They're easy to reach and always answer questions. They offer support when needed and nurture a relationship with employees they work closely with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tone and atmosphere is friendly regardless of the hierarchical position. People are accepting of new ideas or approaches regardless of who suggests them.
