I was sceptic at first, it seemed too good to be true, and the "real-life-customer"-role play scared me as the other guy had to go. BUT, the work done during those two weeks were still paid so I could relax.

I'm learning a lot every single day, The best part about working with Crossover is the flexibility on hours. As long as you complete 40 hours in between Monday-Friday you are paid there after. Pay comes regularly and you are well compensated.

They are all senior to me and they have a lot in their pipeline, but they still take time out of their day to help me.

Call me crazy, but as we are all remote workers there's really no culture to be talked about. We chat rarely and everyone's focused on their thing.
