CrowdStrike Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

stock compensation, after that the insurance

Review from Product Dept

base salary is pretty good

Review from Engineering Dept

Multiple potential different sources of income (salary, bonuses, stock, ESPP, etc.)

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part is probably RSUs

Review from HR Dept

Cash is king. The ESPP is nice and the RSUs are meh.

Review from Engineering Dept

The benefits included in my compensation package.

Review from Engineering Dept

Nice balance between salary/bonus and equity ownership. The company actively seeks out ways to reward high performers.

Review from Engineering Dept

competitive salary and RSU awards

Review from Product Dept

Unlimited vacation and flexible working.

Review from Engineering Dept

Awesome health coverage, bonuses, RSUs

Review from Engineering Dept

The combination of RSU, stock, and salary.

Review from Product Dept

The well suited yearly appraisals

Review from Engineering Dept

The team I get to work with

Review from Product Dept

Competitive base pay, and strong RSU compensation

Review from Product Dept

RSUs and stock purchase program.

Review from Product Dept

Vacation, sick days, bonus, health plan

Review from Engineering Dept

RSU, ESPP and the quarterly bonus.

Review from Engineering Dept

Very fair base salary and bonus structure, as well as great stock options.

Review from Engineering Dept

We are able to purchase stocks at a discount through our ESPP.

Review from Product Dept

Opportunities to benefit from company stock growth

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very discouraging atmosphere within the team.

Review from Product Dept

Rsu grant is totally random and completely dependent on what the volatile stock was on the month of grant , no refreshers, one year cliff means i see my unvested stock vary wildly in value until it vests - overall terribly unfair on folks who joined when stock was at all time high

Review from Engineering Dept

Arshi Bhatt does not have my best interest. For her, we are just another cog in the wheel. She is not easy to talk to and is biased. She declares success on other people's work and comes as golden in front of her manager Sasan. She does not hesitate to throw Sasan under the bus.

Review from Product Dept

We don't have any easy to access perks, and trying to organize BlueBoard perks is extremely time intensive and doesn't work well outside of the US

Review from Engineering Dept

Dont offer even the basic perks that a smaller organisation provides to their employees

Review from Product Dept

Offer process was not positive. Went back and forth, when told initial offer was too low, CS cam back with a LOWER offer, which was also declined. Finally found a "happy" medium with higher RSUs but not overall where it should have been. I love this company's mission, and money isn't everything

Review from Engineering Dept

Inflation has been on the rise and I wish our salaries reflected the rise in costs of day-to-day goods

Review from Engineering Dept

I think when moving internally and being promoted, although it's a great thing and makes you feel valued - it is not necessarily reflected in your pay. If I were to move to a competitor, the pay would be a lot higher but equally I love CS and wouldn't consider moving.

Review from HR Dept

Not enough stock/RSU and base salary. Compared to other companies we are not paying enough - and just relying on our stock to go up is not a great retention strategy. Also there is SO MUCH admin overhead - and that needs to be reflected in the compensation.

Review from Marketing Dept

I believe my salary should keep up with today's inflation

Review from Marketing Dept

We should get paid better for the amount of work we are pushed to achieve.

I am working in night shift and travel time within Pune is 3 hours (to and fro) so if permanent work from option available i can use that time to stay with my family and i can take care of them. Night shift allowance needs to increase.

Remote work should include chairs and desks, not only basics as laptop, monitor, headset.
