The teams are always innovating and brainstorming new ideas to keep up company morale, culture, and keep a supportive environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility and trust contribute a lot to the happiness at work. It fosters strong relationships and overall keeps me happy at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation itself is competitive and the ESPP is a huge benefit as well. I feel financially supported both in the short and long term.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is always willing to help and gives great feedback. We are also a fun group to be around too. It makes work enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are involved in department all hands, have an open door policy, and in general are not only faces on the website. They are really involved in the day to day.
