There is always transparency and clear guidance. They are approachable; reliable and honest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are respectable; they listen; they are super helpful at all times; they are ambitious and most of all, some are more than colleagues. They have become great friends too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusiveness. No one at CrowdStrike makes you feel excluded; everyone is always willing to help no matter what they're seniority. They are always praising those that do well and you feel valued daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job and achieving the goals set for me. I hate feeling like a failure so will always push myself to help others and keep my colleagues happy as well as myself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think when moving internally and being promoted, although it's a great thing and makes you feel valued - it is not necessarily reflected in your pay. If I were to move to a competitor, the pay would be a lot higher but equally I love CS and wouldn't consider moving.
