Being able to collaborate with some exceptionally smart and accomplished people as a relatively junior person but be treated as an equal and have my opinion heard and valued

We embody the motto "one team one fight". Everyone is committed to making Crowdstrike as great as it can be as a product and the results show in the company culture and success of our products.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player with no ego in the game. Everyone is willing to chip in to help where needed and the hierarchy is relatively flat so that individual contributors can feel comfortable speaking their opinion to management.
