- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?customers pay CCI a TON of money for rent and services, with mediocre execution. CCI takes customers hostage and forces their services on customers. Landlords aren't getting their contractual maintenance, just a rent check.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?there are constant lay offs, then they offer people contractor jobs after they've been severed. Once the pay to perform culture hit, the lack of empathy and compassion left.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?learn how to be human and empower your people, not manage them to death.
