We make $8 hour for doing a lot

I am paid $8 per an hour for working at Kids Crunch. More parents are coming to work out and that means more kids which is good for the gym because that's more revenue. However, the staff at Kids Crunch are extremely underpaid and it's sad. We too have families to take care of and $8-$9 isn't enough

A 2 dollar raise to 10 per hour

I know there will not be any compensation so I cannot speak on it

better management and they dont pay me if my client doesn't show up

They pay the bare minimum they have too and cut corners any chance they get

90% of employees here are under-compensated, personally I've pushed for what I need, although it is hard to see some very talented people be undervalued, underpaid & to watch great talent leave so frequently is extremely discouraging.

Very low wages, no raises or yearly reviews ever given.
