We encourage each other and have fun. However, critiqued differently upon shift change. We need a unanimous agreement for walk throughs and expectations. Instead, its told from the main manager and he passes information from one person and have them tell everyone else.
The other trainers, the front desk, the custodians. All really positive.
We have a sense of humor that helps us see the positive.

The team, excluding manager are hard workers, do their job well. But job has a high turnover due to no appreciation by gym management.
We love each other a lot and look out for one another. My Trainers are loyal and hard working. They don't have a Manager that's there to help them succeed as much as my trainers have.
