The customers are what make the place & some co-workers

I am happy knowing that I am helping.moms be able to work out while I'm taking care of their child at Kids Crunch. It's tough being a mom from personal experience.

Communication is horrible! By communicating properly and making the effort.

Turnover, poor leadership, communication and lack of integrity.

The gyms a wreck, machines are old and broken (little crunch equipment) facility is also durty (bugs, mold)

Everything is wrong . Management is the main issue

Company itslef has no control to maintain corporate standards if they exist. Corporation wncourages fraud and theft and ciolating laws in order to pad the bottom line. Franchise owners arent screened. If they can pay they can play.

We need benefits and have a meeting to see if we are being paid fairly. Especially the trainers! We need better communication and a better leader that is going to encourage us to perform to the best of our abilities. Especially to want to come to work not dread it
