Pay on time pay on time no one should have to work without pay

Fitness manager encouraged us to work off the clock in order to gain clients.

When you're underpaid to overwork that pretty much sums it up.

Give us a better pay so we don't have to work 2 jobs to pay our bills I work full time and am bearly making it check by check because the cost of living is high now gas prices are going up groceries are going up I have 3 kids and don't qualify for government assistance for food

It starts with management. The gm and regional gm are very shady and not upfront with their intenions.

Franchise owner saw no boundaries morally or ethically. I worked so much i had a cot in my office to sleep overnight.

Communication would drastically change the quality of the culture at Crunch. Also, ensuring the right people are in the right roles & if not, replacing them with those that can successfully complete the job(s) at hand. The amount of work is not spread equally & effort put forth is very single-sided

Trainers need to be certified. Very unfair for a master trainer to have to fight with coworkers who aren’t even certified over client

The gyms a wreck, machines are old and broken (little crunch equipment) facility is also durty (bugs, mold)

Company itslef has no control to maintain corporate standards if they exist. Corporation wncourages fraud and theft and ciolating laws in order to pad the bottom line. Franchise owners arent screened. If they can pay they can play.
