What are some of the best things about your team?

Meetings are set only as necessary. Agenda and expected outcomes are provided with the invite. People come prepared.

We are all miserable together so we share that. I can turn to them and them to me at any time for help.

Lots of talk and consensus decision making. Takes a long time to get things done and you can be punished for moving things too quickly.
