I am a part-time employee and there are certain benefits available to me (i.e. Dental, Retirement) . This is rare in todays workplace.

I haven't experienced it yet, but I think it is cool that there is a success sharing bonus option that employees can get and that we can benefit from the shadow benefit plan.

CSC pays in the middle of pack on salary. Not at the top. That being said. I can work from home. When I am at work the amenities are awesome. Benefits are good for my family.

We are a pay-for-performance company so if you are a strong performer, you can do really well for yourself!

Everyone is eligible for a performance-based bonus or commission. I think that's really great.

Degraded and refused to be able to eat, or have a drink during an eight hour shift

I have been with the company for over 5 years and am still getting paid at an entry level

We've been underpaid for years and they tell us every year things will get better and they never do.

I think that for what we do on a day to day, pay could be better. I think the benefits are pretty decent but overall the pay needs to increase.
