I received a considerable pay increase over what my previous employer begrudged me, and the PTO is quite generous.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people were uniformly personable, and let me show my knowledge of my field. Interviews almost felt more like casual conversations than the interrogations I've had for some jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
The degree of independence. My manager is supportive, but recognizes that I was hired for my expertise in my niche field, and lets me get on with my work without trying to micromanage me.
