What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is a good combination of approachable and down to earth yet smart and driven. You feel like you are part of something and doing good work. I like that I am given the space to do my job well and make decisions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management team is small but one of them is enormously divisive and at least 5 members of staff have left just because of this one manager, with many more considering leaving and nothing being done about it for years now.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Profit sharing and annual bonuses/raises are very common

CSC pays in the middle of pack on salary. Not at the top. That being said. I can work from home. When I am at work the amenities are awesome. Benefits are good for my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've been underpaid for years and they tell us every year things will get better and they never do.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team are intelligent, hard working and help each other out. It makes it all the more disappointing they remain underpaid for their efforts.

Easy access to PTO without questions asked. People are friendly.
