So far my experience has been great. I am still fairly new and hope to grow more within the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that for what we do on a day to day, pay could be better. I think the benefits are pretty decent but overall the pay needs to increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about my Leadership Team is that they are super encouraging and accommodating. We have a very positive atmosphere and I appreciate that because I thrive in that kind of environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What's most positive is the values that we strive for and live up to. We are constantly pushing to live up to great qualities which not only make us a great company, but also better people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my Team is that they are positive and encouraging. I really enjoy the people with whom I work with. It makes a huge difference when you can say that you honestly like who you work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy about work is that although I have a lot on my plate, I am able to put in my headphones and really focus on my job. I like the feeling of being about to complete tasks for our customers and feel valued.
