What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company has a casual, laid-back feel without the Corporate pressure, but still meeting the standards and values expected out of us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that there was more than 1 more person handling the interview. It made it feel less intimidating and more like a friendly conversation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of us are team players; we consistently help each other out with volumes or questions. We are able to have a good time and laugh during stressful days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't experienced it yet, but I think it is cool that there is a success sharing bonus option that employees can get and that we can benefit from the shadow benefit plan.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely enjoy the work that I do and when customers give us good feedback, it makes me feel that I have done my job well. I also enjoy the relationships I have developed with my coworkers and the service reps that I work with.
