Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

CSG pushes a "team" mentality. Therefor, you are not duely compensated for your role and performance. Companies are stupid for not noticing individuality. They push the "Team" crap.

Manage to provide employees ways to improve their salary by informing them what to do to achieve a better salary. Advance country relocation programs.

Compensation should be updated as per new market standars, though it is not really bad

Higher 401k matching, and a better payment for our medical.
