What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Surrounded by likeminded people. I have made so many great friends through CSI. Additionally, being able to have perks that encourages me to be healthy and workout on a daily basis.

I like that the amount of work I put into my job is reflective of my checks! The harder you work the more you'll get paid. It makes the work motivating and exciting

My team is extremely close, we do a lot of team activities and everyone gets along. The best part about my team is everyone wants to see each other succeed and motivates each other to do their best and work hard
