The collaboration of our team and lack of cut-throat recruiters. Everyone seems to care about my wins and growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to care about getting better and not staying stagnant - in personal health/strength, margin, overall growth, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money I make here is largely from my own margin. The salary from CSI is not competitive; especially if you take into account tenure and profitability.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team acknowledges successes on the recruiting level and calls it out. Nice to know they are invested in our wins. Love that they encourage healthy lifestyles and give out rewards when it makes sense.
