My colleagues all seem to want the best for each other and encourage on another.

Encouraging and they create a company culture you want to work for and feel proud about.

I truly feel like CSI cares about me and what's best for my family. I have never felt that before with another employer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like minded and enjoy each others company. We also work together which is not always the case with other sales teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to juggle my personal life and still be a productive employee. As long as I am producing they give me the freedom to "run my own business" within their business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the focus on a healthy lifestyle for employees by encouraging employees to be active, eat well and take care of their health. As a remote employee they supplement my gym membership and for onsite employees provide live classes through trainers. I love this perk!
