Uncapped commission. There is no limit to income potential.

The ongoing education I am provided and the flexibility to perform my work as I see fit.

The trust given to perform my job. I'm provided ample resources to be successful and am given the autonomy to complete my work as I see fit.

Everyone wants to see eachother succeed. Also, there are multiple opportunities to connect with my peers in a non-work setting, such as at the gym or during work-provided events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share a common drive to be successful and win. My peers are open to sharing ideas and to lending a helping hand when needed. They are also just fantastic people!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow us to have the autonomy to perform the job we were hired to do, but also extremely supportive when help is needed. I've also had the privilege of getting to know them as phenomenal people.

They provide a fun environment that brings out the top performer in everyone. I appreciate the support and autonomy provided to the staff so we can execute our jobs to the best of our ability without the feeling of micromanagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CSI provides a one-of-a-kind culture to it's employees. From the top down, there is a level of autonomy and trust given that is unmatched and brings out the top performer in everyone. My peers are driven and their work is motivating. Our leaders lead by example and from the front.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thrill of the hunt. The work that I do puts me in a position to go find business and make it happen. This is backed by a company that invests in me knowing the time and effort it takes by providing me a salary that allows me to pay my bills and support my family.
