it has been very positive. I have found my people and my place. my old and new managers have both been understanding of mental illnesses and so willing to work with me when I ask silly questions because of it. Most people have been very kind. i have enjoyed the workouts. positive feedback

the are fun, easy to work with, most of them care as well.

they are fun, they are involved and they recognize the hard work that is being done.

the health aspect, if youre struggling with anything there is someone who can help you get back on track

for the most part they move around the office, they are seen, they show up for us. They motivate the whole office.

there are lots of different people but most of us have something in common. most people are kind. everyone is young and youthful

Working for a manager who cares. The other managers care. working with happy and nice people. Doing work that I enjoy and working where I am valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing people like Brad lunsford and Josh McCarty who smile, welcome people, are loud and crazy, but get work done. they make the office a better place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i do not feel undervalued. i feel underpaid because of inflation my pay is no longer enough to afford to pay for an apartment, car payment, food and gas.
