Overall, I enjoy my company a lot. I currently feel unsecure in my current role, but not enough to look elsewhere. I love the culture here and love all of my friends here even more.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Applying to CSI was the best decision I ever made. I was in a similar role at my last company working remote and coming into the office really changed things for me for the better. Our office is state of the art, has amazing perks like free food, fun activities, free workout classes, etc. Love it

The leadership team knows me personally and actually cares about me as a person.

Panera and coffee truck Thursday.. to be honest :) Plus the people I work with.

I like pretty much everyone. I like their push for wellness. I like fun events and contests they do.

CSI hand selects fun, motivated people that have truly become some of my best friends. I look forward to seeing everyone each day.

Everyone is nice and fun to be around. I enjoy coming into work every day because I love the people I work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a very positive company in all aspects. They want everyone to succeed because then the company succeeds. They encourage people to do their best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the rise in costs, it makes it hard to live on a non-2023 salary. We did receive company-wide raises recently, but the cost of living is so drastic these days that the raise doesn't make a dent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are health/wellness focused, whether that be exercise contests to get you motivated to work out, fun events for a healthy mental, free meals, and many other fun things. We truly have fun at the office and I enjoy it here a lot.
