I am still fairly new, but I love it here. It is a place I definitely see myself growing, and staying with for a very long time!
What makes you most happy at work?
Everything. The environment, co workers, gym, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all care, and take time to say hi, get to know your name, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together so well. Even if I feel like I am asking too many questions and still learning the position, no one ever makes me feel like a bother, they are just so helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This more so has to do with holidays- past employer only had 3 holidays per year, and if it fell on a weekend we did not get the following or prior day off. CSI holiday schedule is awesome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, whether you know them or not, is so friendly. Everyone seems to enjoy coming to work. So friendly, go out of their way to say hi. It is a great place, and it all feels like family.
