The company has potential to be great! However, i do believe that higher leadership only cares about the money this company can make. They expect people to put their life/ family on hold and put their work first. Mentally, working here has been draining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love interacting with different people in different divisons.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My team can be negative and it can easily influence me to be negative as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager fights for us and tries to help us in anyway possible. He is always listening and does the best he can to make our lives easier
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There can be alot of negativity in the workplace. Due to this, it can be tough to be positive with your own work. It feels as if people ignore our positon because it is more entry level, and do not want to help us in big projects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More work would be added to your plate "temporarily" while they find someone else to take over and they never end up finding someone else, so you are stuck with a ton of responsibilies and the compensation stays the same. The pay rate entry level positons get paid here is not enough for living.
