The management does not know how to run the place they just let things happen and are not proactive. They. Get rid of good employees that try to make the location better and keep rude and disrespectful people

The company needs to take care of the people working "in the trenches" The technicians, the FSMs the Directors all need to be paid MORE. The hourly rate and salaries are not par with other service companies.
