It's been an amazing experience so far. I joined CureMD 5 years ago as a software engineer and now I have been promoted to Assitant project manager. They have an excellent management structure and everyone can openly discuss anything at any time. Team Culture is also super cool.

The leadership team is very supportive and always encourages their juniors to achieve excellence. They always trying to build a sense of empowerment in their team members.

People here always tries to help others. Team bonding is superb. Communication and coordination become so easy when anyone has this kind of culture in the company.

My team is super supportive. they have always been there whenever I need them. The team culture is friendly and every member always tries to help other co-workers as much as he/she can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewee always tries to make the interviewer calm. The interview question is related to the real-time problem, not a hypothetical and philosophical question that has nothing to do with a software engineering position.
