The interview process lasted a bit long but they were very thorough in each step and answered all my queries to my satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team provides with opportunities for workers to grow and learn. The team allows you to take matters into your own hands. Failure is just a part of the process and we are taught to not be afraid of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fellow co-workers are very cooperative and are always available to help. Honest communication is something that exists within our very team which is what helps us meet our deadlines timely. my team members are very organized and never shy away from having fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One thing I find positive about the company is that we have the support of our CEO in any initiative we want to go for. We also have an open door policy which allows us to take our concerns to our managers whenever possible.
