This is a decent company to work for. I have worked for few companies before I joined CureMD. They are better in many ways. The Senior Management believes in the idea of being kind. I believe that is the best of all qualities a manager can possess. All good in cooperate sector roots from kindness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CureMD is blessed with fine human beings. All the seniors that I have met are beautiful people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a manager who knows the art to keep things light. That brings us to a better team environment, some of my team members are very hardworking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are kind and generous. They all are seasoned people who know the idea behind good leadership. In most of the cases I have not seen mis defined leadership flashing badges.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The openness of the HR guy back then and the way CureMD was introduced by all of the interviewers before they asked me to introduce myself. I loved the way they gave me 5 minutes to get set while they were casually telling me about CureMD.
