The leadership team excels in people management, displaying strong skills in communication and empathy. They foster a positive work environment by providing encouragement and support to team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They've organized events such as sports competitions, Qawali nights, and Independence Day celebrations. Yet, to further enhance employee satisfaction, they should consider arranging an annual dinner and company tour to northern areas.
