Absolutely loving my time here. Open, friendly and healthy environment. I have yet to witness a workplace where higher management including Vice President know you by name and face upon your JOINING and a CEO who goes casual with his employees and has a fun time with them whenever he meets them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work-life balance, management, learning and growth opportunities, help and support from your leads, you name it, without exaggeration, you name it, we got it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was fairly easy. It took a bit more time than anticipated due to way too many candidates who walked-in but my both interviews with HR Manager and then Vice President were absolutely amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Learning and growth opportunities are immense. Everyone in management is approachable and supportive. Environment is open and friendly. This is coming from a huge introvert who would prefer a closed cubicle over open environment any day. Love it here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Where do I start? E.V.E.R.Y.O.N.E is approachable, friendly and supportive throughout the leadership. I could visit the Vice President's office right now and he would not hesitate to help me with whatever concern I have, not that I need to because the leaders under him are exceptional anyway.
